1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the jb777 platform and all associated services ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member", "you").

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to create and use an account on the jb777 platform:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You must operate the account personally on your own behalf; betting on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • All information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and your own.
  • None of your previous jb777 accounts must have been permanently closed.

For age verification purposes, the Company may at any time request submission of a government-issued ID or relevant documents. If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

For ages 21+: jb777 maintains a strict stance against gambling by minors. If there is any doubt, we reserve the right to suspend the account until the verification process is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to cancel all of them and forfeit any deposited funds and bonuses.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be completely accurate. Accounts created on the basis of false information may be permanently closed, and any unearned (bonus-derived) winnings will be forfeited in such cases.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential and to prevent unauthorised access. If you notice any irregular or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

  • Change your password regularly.
  • Do not allow anyone else to access your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the jb777 platform via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The same minimum amount applies for each method.

Deposited funds must go through a verification process before being credited to the account. The Company reserves the right to review any unusual transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
  • Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.
  • The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
Currency: All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not supported.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jb777 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

For example:

  • ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000; ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • ৳32,000 deposit → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer will have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
  • A bonus may only be claimed once per person, per device, or per IP address.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and all accounts will be cancelled.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

jb777's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Progression to a higher tier depends on ongoing activity. Full details on each tier's benefits and cashback are available on the jb777 Casino page.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slots, and live gaming services are available on the jb777 platform. All bets are final and cannot be changed once confirmed.

  • Each game's own rules apply, and full details can be found on the relevant game page.
  • If invalid odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to void that bet.
  • A sufficient balance must be available at the time of placing a bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All markets and odds are subject to change for both pre-match and live events.

If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.3 Casino & Slots

Fair play is ensured across all casino games, live tables, and slot games. The jb777 platform features games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jb777 platform:

  • Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.

  • Exploiting bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
  • Taking advantage of any technical flaw in the platform and failing to report it.

  • Using the platform's content, trademarks, or intellectual property without permission.
Consequences: Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all deposits and bonuses, and applicable legal action may be taken.

8. Limitation of Liability

The jb777 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company is not liable for the following:

  • Service disruptions caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.
  • Game problems caused by the user's own device or network.
  • Loss or damage caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
  • Disclosure of a user's account information to a third party, where it is due to the user's own negligence.

The Company's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited in the relevant transaction. The Company accepts no responsibility for indirect, special, or consequential loss.

9. Account Closure

9.1 At the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time. Before closing the account, withdraw all valid withdrawable balance. Bonus balance or winnings with incomplete wagering requirements will not be withdrawable.

9.2 At the Company's Initiative

The Company may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
  • If there is suspicion that registration was completed using false information.
  • If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
  • In cases of prolonged inactivity (as described separately in the inactive account policy).

10. Changes to Terms
